Call your mum! Rod Stewart has announced the dates for his upcoming UK and Ireland tour. Ticket details below.
The aging rocker promised a 2013 tour to BBC Radio 2 last month, and now he's revealed the dates for the Live The Life summer tour taking place next year.
Stewart's Christmas album, Merry Christmas Baby, is released today in the UK, which is the first of his career. He recently admitted to Billboard that he had some reservations about the idea, and put it off for a long time.
Stewart told Billboard, "I think maybe I thought it was beneath me, years ago, to do a Christmas album. I thought, 'I'm a dyed-in-the-wool rocker. I cannot do Christmas albums - or standards.'"
However, he said that he later changed his mind, adding, "I'm so pleased I did it. It's some beautiful songs, and the songs are a challenge."
