In a move that will surprise no one, Noel Gallagher has thrown another insult in his brother's direction.
Speaking on BBC6 Music this morning, Noel described his brother as a 'squeaky toy that swears a lot...in a blazer'.
This follows comments from the High Flying Birds frontman last month that saw him having a stab at his brother's band Beady Eye.
"The thing with Beady Eye is...their singer does them a great disservice," Noel said.
"I think they caught a lot of flak that was quite undeserved, really. It's only their first album. I think they've got a great album in them next time. They need one. They fucking need one, that's for sure."
In September Noel revealed that he bought NME any time his brother was on the cover, just to see how is was 'slagging' him off.
It was announced this week that Beady Eye have begun work on a follow up to their 2011 debut Different Gear, Still Speeding.
The band will be working with producer Dave Sitek, of TV On The Radio.
Liam and Noel in more amicable times in 2008
BBC 6 Music host Shaun Keaveny, speaking with the singer/guitarist this morning, asked if the pair's mother ever stepped in with their fighting.
"I'm 45. He's 40," Noel replied.
"It's not like me with my two lads - "Give him his Darth Vadar mask now!"
"He's doing his thing. I'm doing mine. We text each other at Christmas. I saw him at a party after the Olympics - he did the usual which was hurl and insult at me and walk off."
Last month also saw Noel dissapointing some Oasis fans by dismissing any potential for an Oasis reunion, saying "there's no need for me."
