Not one to miss a promising business opportunity, 50 Cent has taken to shopping channel QVC to sell his SMS Audio headphones.
Appearing alongside a somewhat sycophantic host, the rapper explains that he has been involved with the creation of the headphones right down to the design of the ear buds, which have been 'professionally tuned'.
This isn't 50's first foray into the world of business, however.
The New York rapper has also launched a clothing line , G-Unit Clothing Company, a vitamin water drink, Formula 50, a body spray called Pure 50 RGX Body Spray and even a line of condoms called Magic Stick Condoms.
Finding success as a entrepeneur as well as a rapper, 50 Cent has also made it his goal to provide food for millions of people in Africa by 2016.
While his appearance on QVC might not earn him any credit as a rapper, it appears that it was a shrewd business move.
50 Cent took to twitter following the show, tweeting; "I just made 177,000 dollars in 9min on QVC. Can some one hate on me so I can know this is real life.#SMSaudio."
ESPN also reported recently that the rapper was expanding his business portfolio still further with a move into boxing promotion.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission has approved his application for a promoters license following the dissolution of TMT Promotions (The Money Team), 50 Cent's first start-up with former partner Floyd mayweather Jr.
