One Direction fans have reportedly been sending Taylor Swift death threats, after rumours that she's dating bandmember Harry Styles.

Their reported relationship began in the summer, but Taylor apparently split with Harry after he was linked to model Emma Ostilly while in New Zealand. 

However, it seems the two could be back on - and Harry's fans aren't taking it lightly.

According to The Sun, one Twitter user sent a message to Taylor that said, "If u dating my harry, I kill u," with another user writing, "I'll murder Taylor Swift. She will not date my Harry."

It's thought that Taylor and Harry got back together after her relationship with Conor Kennedy ended last month, although neither of them have mentioned the rumours - and Harry said he was single on the band's recent appearance on The Ellen Show.

According to The Daily Mirror, Harry was at the rehearsals for The X Factor US last week, when Taylor was performing.

Apparently the show's host, Mario Lopez, said: "Taylor Swift was the guest and during rehearsals, Harry from One Direction came and slapped me on the back and said, 'Hey, Mario, how ya doing?' And I said, 'What are you doing here?'

“And he sort of pointed toward Taylor. They walked away hand in hand."
