Justin Bieber has had charges against him for allegedley attacking a photographer dropped.
Paparazzo, Jose Hernandez-Duran claimed the teen star jumped out of a van and kicked him in the abdomen before punching him in the face.
The alleged attack took place at an LA shopping centre as Bieber was leaving the complex with ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
However prosecutors dropped the case after they stated there was "insufficient evidence for proof beyond a reasonable doubt" to support Duran's version of events.
There were no photographs of the incident and witnesses admitted they couldn't be sure whether they had seen Bieber hit the photographer.
But a prosecutor's report did state the singer was visibly frustrated as he left the vehicle because photographers were blocking his exit.

The report went on to say that Bieber was seen running towards a photographer, and fell over as he tried to grab his camera.
A doctor's report confirmed the photographer had "minor swelling" on his right cheek and "redness" on his lower abdomen.
However his injuries were dismissed as "superficial" in the report.
Earlier this month Bieber had charges of his own thrown out of court after he alleged a reporter had endangered his safety after a high speed car chase in LA.
The reporter was charged on four traffic counts that are part of a 2010 US law.
The ruling makes it a crime to create a dangerous situation while in pursuit of a celebrity for profit.
But that case was also discounted after the judge described the law as "problematic" and "over-inclusive".
