A spokesperson for Chris Brown has denied reports that the controversial R&B singer has been forced to cancel a gig in South America after protests from a women's right's group.

The controversial R&B singer was thought to be performing in the country on 26 December 2012 but apparent protests from women's rights groups were said to have forced him to cancel the show.

Concert promoter Hits & Jams are said to have confirmed that Brown pulled out of the show - but Brown's US spokesperson has denied the claim.

"This concert was never confirmed. The promoter is being untruthful," said his rep to E! online.

Meanwhile, Brown and Rihanna are moving closer and closer to a romantic reconcilliation after Rihanna attended a Chris Brown party last night in Berlin.

Fresh from her 777 tour, Rihanna was spotted drinking at Brown's after party for his Carpe Diem tour in Germany. Photographs show the singer in dark glasses while Brown hosted the party. The singer is seen with a microphone in his hand addressing guests at the event. See photos of the party below.

The pair have also hooked up on a new track from Rihanna's album, Unapologetic. Rihanna and Brown have teamed up for new duet 'Nobody's Business', which sees the duo sing over a nineties-influenced club beat.

Despite the obvious controversy to the couple reuniting, the track has a warm, soft sound and is a surefire future hit for the duo.

Fan response to the track has been mixed, with many praising the retro sound and comparing it to Michael Jackson.

"I love the beat!" says Leilani Davies on YouTube. "Reminds me on the late 80's and early 90's! Kind of sounds like something Michael Jackson would have done which is cool :)"

However - the MJ comparison isn't loved by all listeners. Rita11 adds: "Sounds like some average song Michael Jackson would have done in the early 90's."
