Robbie Williams has revealed he wants to earn himself an OBE after former Take That bandmate Gary Barlow collected his award from the Queen this week.

Williams made the statement at his gig this week at London's O2, telling his audience that he believed he had put in enough work - much of it in front of the Queen herself - to scoop himself an OBE.

"The Queen has seen me perform a number of times now," Williams told thousands of fans at his Thursday show. "I was at the Jubilee, singing my little heart out. Then last week, at the Royal Variety Performance, I sang the new single. Pretty well I might add.

"In the line-up at the end, there I am, waiting for a compliment. And she thought I was Pudsey’s minder.

Robbie also dedicated 'Angel's to new daughter Theodore Rose (Teddy)

Robbie also dedicated a performance of his hit 'Angels' to his new daughter at the London gig.

Theodore Rose - nicknamed Teddy - was born in September and Robbie already loves being a father.

The ex-Take That Member introduced his hit 'Angels' by saying, "This one goes out to my Teddy, she’s two months and eight days old, and she’s a corker. I love being a dad."
