Crystal Castles dedicated their song at Brixton O2 Academy on Saturday to a fan, Connor, who recently died due to cancer.
Lead vocalist, Alice Glass, had a 'shrine' on stage to the fan, which included a photo of him, lilies and candles which she lit.
Crystal Castles had kept in touch with Connor for years, and had tried to meet him on more than one occasion. They called him on his birthday, and sent him a MIDI controller.
The band were going to go see Connor before the gig and play some songs acoustically for him, but sadly he passed away before they were able to.
Glass dedicated 'Wrath of God' to Connor at their recent Birmingham show and tried to get the crowd to say "We love you, Connor." However, her microphone was distorted and the audience could not tell what she was saying.
The band had previously invited Connor to the set of the 'Sad Eyes' video, but their record company changed the location and Connor was unable to go.
According to fan accounts, Glass collapsed on the stage at the end and was crying into the microphone.
