Robbie Williams has revealed his excitement for his 2013 tour, saying that because he is nearly 40, this may be the last stadium tour of his career.
Speaking at a press conference at The Soho Hotel the pop superstar said: "I'm buzzing. I haven't done a tour of this size since 2006.
"I feel like I'm at a place in my career where it's time to put my foot down. It's legacy time for me."
Robbie told the press how he wanted to seal his place in pop history by delivering a tour of great magnitude while he still can.
"I'm nearly 40, I don't know how many more tours of this size I'll be able to do."
A revitalised Robbie even said that he saw the tour as a chance to top his Knebworth shows.
"People always say that Knebworth was the highest point of my career, I'm challenging myself to beat that," he said this afternoon (27 November, 2012). "I fancy my chances."
The tour will see him playing 15 dates, with five UK dates followed by a further ten across Europe.
In Vienna he will play the 80,000 capacity Krieau racetrack because the tours promoters feared the city's stadium wouldn't be big enough.
The Angels singer said that last summer's tour with Take That had rejuvenated him.
"There are many factors for why I'm back and why I'm abitious again, and why I've got the energy. Take That being a big one, my baby being another one."
Speaking about his new daughter, he said that he has perhaps calmed down slightly, calling her a calming presence and that he felt happier and more grounded as a person. Theodora Rose will be joining Robbie on next summer's tour, preventing him form having too many late nights.
"I just know that there is a forum for a male solo star to get up there in stadiums, and own the place.
"I want that to be me."

"I've kind of been lethargic for the last few albums. That sends of a message to people that you're not that bothered. But I'm incredibly bothered. This is what I do. This is what I'm good at."
Joining Robbie on tour will be Olly Murs, and there were suggestions that the tour might see the pair dueting on a few tunes.
Tickets for the shows are on sale Friday 30 November at 9am. For more information visit Gigwise Gig Tickets.
