Jon Bon Jovi has been in the press recently following his daughter's suspected overdose.
Stephanie Rose was found unresponsive in her dorm room following a suspected heroin overdose.
But neither she nor a male friend, who called 911, will face any related charges thanks to a recently introduced New York law that prevents the prosecution of anyone seeking help during a life-threatening overdose.
