X Factor judge and former Girls Aloud manager Louis Walsh claims Adele should already be back at work after the recent birth of her first child.
Speaking to Q magazine, Walsh said that he doesn't think Adele is being worked hard enough and that she's spending too much time with her new baby son.
He explained, "If I had someone like Adele, no way would she not be working now.
"Fine, have a baby, but then get back out there before they forget who you are!
"She'd be on every other TV show and there'd be another album ready. Work the room! That's my philosophy."
The X Factor judge also said that if he'd been Amy Winehouse's manager, she wouldn't have died - as the troubled singer simply wouldn't have had time for drugs.
He continued, "Someone should have told Amy the truth. Drugs don't work unless you're Keith Richards. She was an enormous talent who has made the most important album of the last 20 years.
"But come on, one album and then you do what you want? No, no, no. If I manage you, you're working so hard you don't have time for drugs. You'll be crying out for sleep.
"I'm a great believer in old school managers who take charge."
Louis Walsh labelled Ronan Keating 'talentless' and 'spoiled'.
Finally, Walsh lashed out at Ronan Keating, claiming that the Boyzone singer's ego had got out of control, and he started believing that he was a talented songwriter - when in fact, he could not write songs.
He added, "His head got turned by having nice hotels and chauffeur-driven cars, and he thought he could write songs.
"If you're Ronan Keating, who was working in a shoe shop when I discovered him, but end up thinking you're George Michael, then you need to be stopped."
