Offering a ray of summery sunshine in the middle of an increasingly cold December, presale tickets for Latitude 2013 go on sale next week.
The festival, which was recently named 'Best Family Festival' at the UK Festival Awards, takes place at the heart of summer. Henham Park, in Southwold, Suffolk, hosts Latitude from July 18 until July 21 next year.
The presale tickets, which go on sale on Monday (December 10), give fans of the festival the chance to buy tickets at 2012's prices. Acts are yet to be announced for Latitude 2013.
This year the festival featured almost half of the Mercury Prize nominees list, with Richard Hawley, Ben Howard and Michael Kiwanuka all making appearances in the Obelisk Arena.
Lianne Le Havas performed on the Second Stage and Alt-J made their festival debut on the Lake Stage.
Each year Latitude selects a theme or set of ideas to underscore the arts programme.
In 2013 the festival's organisers are asking the performers to respond to the question 'What defines me? Neuroscience vs Sexuality'.
Latitude offers a vast array of family friendly evnts and boasts of being suitable for music fans of any age.
The festivals Children;s Arena is arranged around the central Latitude lake and offers activities from pond dipping to face painting.

For slightly older children the festival offers The Inbetweener's Teen Area, where teenagers can enjoy music media and technology workshops, learn wildlife survival skills or take on assault courses.
