Big Brother bosses wanted Justin Edwards to appear on Celebrity Big Brother, but Tulisa had already banned her ex from taking part in reality TV shows.

Edwards, who is also known as MC Ultra, was taken to court by Tulisa in July and admitted leaking the sex tape footage - which led to him signing an agreement saying that he would not take part in any reality TV shows.

Endemol, the producers of the show, were interested in having Edwards take part. When Tulisa's lawyers found out, they contacted Endemol and informed them that he is not legally allowed to take part in Big Brother.

An insider told The Sun, "Producers wanted Justin to take part in Celebrity Big Brother because of the publicity he would bring."

However, a spokesperson for Edwards said, "Reality TV is not his bag and it is not something he would want to do."

After winning the court case against Justin Edwards, Tulisa said, "I stand here today a stronger, wiser young woman who has taken this experience and learned from it.

"I am disgusted by Justin and saddened by the people who believed I released the footage myself. Today, the truth has prevailed.

"I would now like to draw a line under this and put it in the past."
