Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan thrilled pop fans last night (21 December, 2012) when they appeared on stage to sing their 1988 hit 'Especially For You' at a London show celebrating the work of producers Stock Aitken and Waterman. See a video of the duet below.
The duo took to the stage at London's O2, performing on a festive stage adorned with Christmas trees and shared the stage with a full band. During the instrumental middle-eight the pair embraced, before Donovan lifts Minogue and spins her around in front of thrilled fans. The duo were the last to perform at the show.
"How long have you waited for this one?" asked Kylie as the duet ended, to screams of pop fans.
The Australian stars were originally scheduled to perform the duet in the summer at a Hyde Park show, but bad weather and an unsafe ground forced the show to be pushed back, and become a Christmas spectacular.
The singer had tweeted a photo in August 2012 of the duo rehearsing, saying : "Rehearsals with gorgeous @JDonOfficial for @PWLHitFactor," but fans were forced to wait until last night (21 December) to see the results of their rehearsals.

Also performing at the show were 2 Unlimited, Sinitta, Nathan Moore of Brother Beyond, Sonia, Lonnie Gordon, Pete Burns and Bananarama, who cheekily told the audience they cut various parts of their dance routines because they 'can't be bothered'.
Also on the schedule were Rick Astley and Steps, with the show ending with a group performance of Slade's 'Merry Christmas Everybody'.
