Justin Bieber's Ferrari was being driven by the singer's friend Lil Twist when a man was killed attempting to take a photo of the Canadian star's car, it has been revealed.
Bieber had been partying with Lil Twist at the Four Seasons in Beverley Hills when Lil Twist borrowed Bieber's car to go for a drive.
The photographer was following the car as he expected Bieber to be driving it, and was hit by a car after walking across the Sepulveda Boulevard to take a photo, as the car had been pulled over for a routine check.
Lil Twist did not witness the accident.
The photographer has now been identified as Chris Guerra, who is 29. He was reportedly obsessed with photographing Bieber, and worked exclusively on covering Bieber's movements.
According to E! News, Guerra worked freelance for GSI Media, but was not a member of staff.
