A fan of US boyband The Jonas Brothers is suing the trio for injuries sustained at a US concert in 2010, where she claims she was crushed by excited audience members.
The incident took place at The Grove shopping centre in 2010, according to documents obtained by US gossip website TMZ, where Ashleigh Johnson says she suffered the injuries described in the court papers as being 'agonizingly crushed' by fellow fans.
Johnson claims she was pushed by an uncontrolled audience against a fence at the venue, and claims her injuries left her with serious mental, emotional and physical injuries.
She is now taking legal action against the boyband and Caruso Management, who are responsible for The Grove.
