Azealia Banks has accused Angel Haze of being jealous of her, in a bizarre Twitter argument.

Banks posted a tweet originally accusing anyone trying to 'claim' New York without actually living in the city of being a 'poser', writing, "Seriously, if you were not born and raised in NY.... DON'T CLAIM NY. YOU ARE NOT A NEW YORKER."

Angel Haze apparently thought this was aimed at her, due to not being from New York but having a song titled 'New York', which has the lyrics, "I run New York." According to Banks, Haze tweeted back threatening to 'cut' her, although Haze's tweet has since been deleted.

Banks wrote, "WOW.... did angel haze just threaten to cut me because of a very general tweet i sent about non-new yorkers claiming NY?!"

She added, "Whatever, angel haze was just waiting for an opportunity to express her Azealia Banks jealousy."

Azealia received a diss track from Angel Haze after their online argument

Haze responded, "There's no jealousy....you know who's better. You've always known." She then posted a link to a tweet that Banks had written last year, which was aimed at Haze and said, "You know your the best out right now though! *hides mic behind back*"

Haze then posted a diss track aimed at Banks. The lyrics included, "Bitch put an album out/ I think my album's more done than yours and I just started a week ago," and "I want you bitches so scared that you mental break/ So you'll forever be broke with expensive taste."
