N-Dubz star Dappy has appeared in Guildford Crown Court to face charges of affray, after an incident in a petrol station in 2012 left three men with serious facial injuries.

The former N-Dubz star arrived at Guildford Crown Court today to stand trial on affray charges, wearing a shirt, tie, black overcoat - and beanie hat.

Dappy was charged with affray after the incident in February 2012. He later denied any involvement with the incident, claiming police had 'no evidence' against him.

"Apparently i got arrested 4 talking 2 someones girlfriend in a P station," he tweeted in May, 2012. "Surrey police, i beg u leak that cctv footage u showed me in that stinking interview room just 2 show the world that im completely innocent.

"Bunch of liars...Nooooo evidence u scums...F..k Feds..Love u fans x."

The incident took place in late February 2012 at a Shell garage forecourt in Guildford.

Dappy (real name Dino Costas Constavlos), is on trial alongside three other men - Kieran Vassell, 24, Kalonji Stewart, 31 and Alfred Miller, 27.

Dappy previously appeared in court in July 2012

It is claimed that a fight broke out after Dappy and another man approached a group of two girls and three men at around 3:30am on February 28th. It is alleged that one of the two men spat in the face of one of the women after they declined an offer to join them.

Six other men are said to be involved, arriving in two seperate vehicles after the incident turned violent.
