Hurrah - The Knife have announced two live shows in 2013. Boo - they are both in Denmark.
Excitement is high for the Swedish duo's comeback, following the recent release of an album teaser for upcoming release Shaking The Habitual, and the band have kicked off their 2013 plans by announcing two live shows.
The 'Heartbeats' stars, Karin Dreijer Andersson and Olof Dreijer, will perform two shows at Vega in Copenhagen on 12 and 13 May 2013 - and are promising the announcement of more European shows very soon. Swedish electro pair The Knife released a mysterious video entitled 'We asked our friends and lovers to help us', in December 2012 teasing a new release, the band's first since their 2006 release, Silent Shout.
It was later confirmed that a new album entitled 'Shaking the Habitual' will be released in Spring 2013 through Mute label and will feature Shannon Funchess of synth-pop duo Light Asylum.

The Knife explained their absence with accompanying text to the teaser video which read "Music can be so meaningless. We had to find lust. We asked our friends and lovers to help us."
