Britney Spears recently split up with her fiance Jason Trawick, and he has apparently already signed a confidentiality agreement.
The pair split over the weekend, but Trawick won't be giving out any tell-all interviews as he is legally banned from talking about it. According to TMZ, Trawick was approached to sign the agreement when he became Britney's co-conservator five months after they were engaged.
Trawick signed the agreement and is now legally unable to talk about their relationship. However, a source told TMZ that Britney and Jason Trawick are still close and that Trawick respects her too much to talk about their time together, whether he was able to or not.
TMZ also says that Britney has already returned her $90,000 engagement ring to Trawick, even though he hadn't yet asked for it back.
The Mail Online also reports that, according to a source, their relationship had fizzled out a while ago and they were already sleeping in separate bedrooms.
Britney's representative Jeff Raymond told Mail Online, "Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have mutually agreed to end their one-year engagement.
"As two mature adults, they came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends."

Britney also announced her departure from The X Factor US as a judge, saying in a statement, "'I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens but it's time for me to get back in the studio.
"Watching them all do their thing up on that stage every week made me miss performing so much! I can't wait to get back out there and do what I love most."
