British indie rock band Bloc Party have debuted a new song during their recent concert at Ram's Head Live, in Baltimore.

Introducing the song, frontman Kele Okereke told the crowd, "Now, it's not every day of the year that we come to Baltimore, Maryland. So to mark that special occasion we are going to play something that we've never played before. This is a new song."

The track is apparently called 'Children of the Future' (although it was originally thought to be called 'Little Red'), and harks back to the early days of Bloc Party - and we mean early days, as it reminds us more of the Little Thoughts and self titled EPs than the the band's debut 2005 album, Silent Alarm.

However, the band's next release is set to be the Truth EP, which will be centred around latest single 'Truth' - taken from their album Four - and include remixes by Jerome LOL, A Chat and IO Echo.
