Hugely hyped US rapper Angel Haze has taken a leaf out of hip-hop rival Azealia Banks' book and postponed her UK tour to return to the studio to finish recording her album.
The Michigan-based rapper was due to play a series of shows in February, but studio commitments have allegedly forced her to reschedule them.
Haze has now added new dates that will begin on May 7 at the Scala in London. All tickets purchased for the original shows will be valid for the rescheduled shows.
Haze said: "I'm sorry to have to reschedule the tour, but as you know, I'm a perfectionist. I feel it's only right to spend more time crafting this album before doing anything else.
"You guys truly deserve the best of everything with no exceptions. With that said, I hope you guys can understand, and hope to see you on the rescheduled dates. can't wait to meet you."
Haze recently finished third in the BBC Sound of 2013 poll and has found herself on several 'ones to watch' lists for this year.
The rapper was recently embroiled in a bizarre Twitter feud with fellow up-and-coming rap star Azealia Banks.
Banks accused Haze of being jealous of her, following a post referring to New York and posers.
"Seriously, if you were not born and raised in NY... DON@T CLAIM NY. YOU ARE NOR A NEW YORKER," Banks tweeted.

Angel Haze apparently thought this was a reference to her having a song titled 'New York' (which features the line "I run New York") but not being from the city.
Banks claims that Haze then Tweeted a reply threatening to 'cut her', but Haze's account has been deleted.
"WOW... did angel haze just threaten to cut me because of a very general tweet i sent about non-new yorkers claiming NY?!" Banks posted.
Banks went on to claim the alleged tweet from Haze was a result of her jealousy, which lead to Haze replying with a link to a twitter post where Banks calls Haze the 'best out right now'.
The feud lead to a series of diss tracks but appears to have subsided now.
