2005 X Factor winner Shayne Ward would love to return to the show - but as a judge this time around.
The Dancing On Ice contestant has said that his ideal X Factor judge panel would include both himself and Sharon Osbourne, as when he was on the show, the viewers were 'just waiting' for their 'banter'.
He told The Sun, "When Cheryl joined X Factor lots of people said, 'Why is she on it?' But she had a right to be there. She went through a talent show.
"Like Cheryl, I went on the show, competed, I won and I have a valuable opinion. That is why she was so great on the show - because people knew she had a right to say what she said."
Shayne continued, "Bring me and Sharon back - we'll just be flirting all the time. I do miss Sharon. When I did the show people were just waiting for our banter."

One Direction's Zayn Malik recently showed his support for Shayne Ward, taking to Twitter to encourage his followers to vote for him.
He wrote, "Please VOTE Shayne and Maria!!"
And bandmate Harry Styles also seems to be a fan, as he retweeted Shayne's post asking people to vote for him to stay in the show.
