Ed Sheeran has revealed how Katy Perry thought twice about hugging the star when she greeted him after a gig, because he was so sweaty.
The 'A-Team' star bumped into Perry just seconds after coming off stage in Canada, but his sweaty condition meant she didn't stick around to give him a quick cuddle.
Sheeran told The Sun: "I sweat a lot on stage and did a show in Canada. I played the set. Stormed it, sweated a lot, got off stage and bumped into Katy Perry. I was like, 'All right Katy Perry, how are you?'
"She said, 'I came to your show and I love your album. I was gonna give you a hug but, eeurgh!' and went. That was my chance ruined because I sweated so much."

The ginger-haired singer is currently on a gigantic tour of the US and will soon be supporting American pop sensation, Taylor Swift throughout the summer.
Sheeran said recently that he was surprised at how 'cool' Swift actually was. He said: "Working with Taylor Swift was cool, writing with her was cool. She's like a really sound person."
