The X Factor 2012 champion, James Arthur has revealed how he has struggled to adjust to the life of a popstar, saying it freaks him out to have youngsters following him around, singing his No.1 single to him.
The singer, who won X Factor in 2012 and has since topped the charts with his cover of Shontelle's 'Impossible', says he is surrounded by fans when he goes out, and that he often urges them to leave him alone - and go home.
"It freaks me out a little bit, yeah, there were loads of them singing 'Impossible' and I was like what? It's freezing cold, go home," he tells ITN. "I wouldn't say mobbed, I can handle myself."
He also spoke of his excitement of recording his debut album, saying he was hoping to co-produce the record.

Arthur's post-X Factor career is off to a good start, with his debut release already having sold over a million copies - and becoming only the 127th track ever to do so.
Martin Talbot, from the Official Charts Company, said, "Hitting the million mark in around a month is a fantastic achievement for James Arthur.
"X Factor winners often score strong first week sales but to push through to the million mark so quickly is truly impressive."
