Fleetwood Mac appear to have ruled themselves out of playing Glastonbury weekend, as the band have confirmed gigs in America on the Saturday and Sunday.
It seemed almost certain that the rock band would be headlining one of the days, as the all-important dates kept neatly avoiding Glastonbury weekend.
Stevie Nicks even told NME that she would "love to do it," after admitting that she'd watched Beyonce's 2011 headline slot from her hotel window.
However, the band have now announced two upcoming concerts, which take place on the same Saturday and Sunday as Glastonbury weekend.
As part of an extra leg of their US tour, Fleetwood Mac will play Spokane in Washington on Saturday 29 June and Portland in Oregon on Sunday 30 June.
There is still the chance that they could headline on the Friday, 28 June, but it's beginning to seem unlikely.
However, the band did confirm that they will be coming to the UK at some point in the near future.
Mick Fleetwood promises UK shows from the band - just not Glastonbury
In an interview with Uncut, drummer Mick Fleetwood was asked about the possibility of some upcoming UK shows and responded, "The specifics are still to be worked out, but we're coming, we're coming."
So far only Malian singer Rokia Traore has been confirmed to play at Glastonbury as part of "an act of solidarity with the musicians from Mali."
