Morissey has been forced to cancel a string of US tour dates after being admitted to hospital with a suspected bladder infection.
The singer was admitted to Beaumont Hospital on Friday in Royal Oak, Michigan - a suburb of Detroit - where he was said to be undergoing further tests.
A show planned for Thursday in Flint, Michigan, had already been cancelled, along with one in Minneapolis on Friday.
An illness within the band was originally given as the reason for the cancellations.
It has since become apparent that it’s in fact the singer himself who’s ill, leading to the cancellation of another show that was scheduled for Saturday night in Chicago.
A spokesperson for the singer declined to say whether Morissey had yet been released from hospital, but said further details would be made public when known.
Morrissey began his tour of the US in January, and is scheduled to perform in Nashville, Atlanta and Las Vegas among other cities.
Whether those shows will go ahead is still unknown.

Many of the shows on this tour were already rescheduled from October last year, when Morrissey decided to cut his tour short midway through to come back to the UK to be with his ill mother.
His mother has since recovered.
