Rihanna confirmed for Bruno Mars, Sting duet at 2013 Grammy Awards

Rihanna will perform a duet with Bruno Mars and Sting at the 2013 Grammy Awards, it has been confirmed.

CBS have announced that the three artists will be performing together at the event, which is set to take place this Sunday (10 February).

Kelly Clarkson is also set to perform, along with already confirmed artists including Taylor Swift, the Black Keys, Justin Timberlake, Elton John, Ed Sheeran and Frank Ocean.

Beyonce has also been announced as a presenter, following her spectacular Super Bowl halftime show and world tour announcement.

Ed Sheeran is set to perform a duet with Elton John, and told MTV News that it was in fact Elton's idea.

He said, "He put it together. He rung me up one day and said, 'How would you feel about performing with me at the Grammys?'

"He's been in touch for the past kind of three years, but has mostly become very prominent when we started to break the States, 'cos he knows the States like the back of the hand."

Ed also blasted rumours that he wasn't allowing his parents to attend the event.

Writing on Twitter, he said, "Despite what press is saying, I have for extra tickets for Grammys for my parents, that was an old news story."
