Frank Ocean has told police that he was called 'f**got' during the brawl with Chris Brown and his entourage.
According to the official incident report obtained by gossip website TMZ, Ocean says that he heard someone shout 'f**got' during the brawl, but he doesn't know who it was.
The 'Lost' singer went on to say that Brown threatened to shoot him, and said, "We can bust on you too!"
Ocean also told police that Brown punched him in the face first, saying that he refused to shake Brown's hand and told him that he was in his parking spot. Ocean claimed that's when Brown hit him in the face.
He continued by saying that two of Brown's entourage pushed him in a corner and attempted to kick him. The whole fight apparently lasted two or three minutes.
The incident report says that Ocean had a cut on his right index finger and his temple, but refused medical attention at the scene. He was later taken to a hospital.
Ocean said earlier that he does not want to press charges against Brown, writing on his blog, "As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer. I'm an artist and modern person."

The blog post continued, "I choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace."
However, according to the report, Ocean told police in private that he wants to see Brown in jail.
