One Direction are done with rehearsals and ready to head out on their world tour after months of preparation according to a tweet from Niall Horan.
The band have been hard at work for weeks making their live show as impressive as possible ahead of the start of their world tour which kicks off next week.
Last night (February 16) Niall tweeted: “That’s it, rehearsals are done! We are ready to roll! Cant wait for that first show!”
Liam Payne also tweeted: “1 week till tourrrrrrr;) im excited!”
The band recently made a humbling trip to Ghana with Comic Relief and Saturday night saw the airing of a video from the band visiting a children’s hospital in the country’s capital Accra.
Zayn Malik was moved to tears by what he saw, while his bandmates all spoke of how shocked they were by the suffering on display.
“Seeing these sick children puts everything into perspective,” Louis Tomlinson added.
“It’s amazing, these mums are all able to get their babies vaccinated thanks to the generosity of Comic Relief viewers.”
This week sees the release of One Direction’s Comic Relief single ‘One Way Or Another’, originally a Blondie song.
Earlier in February the new track was leaked online, but fans urged each other not to listen to the track until its official release.
Record company Syco launched an investigation into the leak and are said to be taking it very seriously.
The band's world tour starts next Saturday at London's O2 Arena.
