Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland hit back at r&b singer Keyshia Cole's criticisms of the Super Bowl performance.

Keyshia slammed Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams' performance, saying that Michelle was a weaker singer than both Kelly and Beyonce.

The American singer wrote on Twitter, "I think I was frightened to blink for a sec. Then Michell sung and woke my ass up from my daze! She always f**kN the groove up."

She later added, "Michell spoke on me first. So it was open season to state my feelings on her. I always felt that about her. Just never said it. Until she spoke on me."

In a Rolling Stone interview, Kelly has now stood up for Michelle and hit back at Keyshia's tweet. When the comment was brought up, Kelly said, "It didn't even make it on my radar until other people brought it up. It didn't even matter.

"We had a wonderful performance, and that's all I cared about. I was with my sisters and the three of us matter to each other, and that's all that counts. We matter to a lot more people, with all due respect, than her. So, I really don't care what she said."

Michelle Williams has touched upon the criticism of her performance, saying that she doesn't really care what anybody else thought of it.

She said, "Oh the Super Bowl was beautiful! When three good girlfriends are together, you’re free and you don’t care who’s around; you’re just trying to catch up and be goofy. I had a blast.

"People at home watching... they don’t catch the moments where, like in the ‘Charlie’s Angels’ pose, I was smiling. We were all smiling. I was laughing with my girls. I don’t care what anybody else says. I don’t let it get me down. It was a beautiful thing."
