Bonnie Tyler has been announced as the UK's representative at this year's Eurovision Song Contest, and will be flying the flag with her track 'Believe In Me'. Watch the video below.
Tyler will be hoping to better last year's UK Eurovision performance, when veteran crooner Engelbert Humperdink placed second from last at last year's event in Azerbaijan.
Speaking of her Eurovision entry, Tyler says: "I am truly honoured and delighted to be able to represent my country at Eurovision, and especially with such a fabulous song. I promise to give this everything that I've got for the UK!"
Tyler came to fame in the 1980s with hits including 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart' and 'Holding Out For A Hero', which have gone down in karaoke history. She will release new album Rocks And Honey on 6 May 2013.
