Paramore are to play a one-off show at London's Garage venue in April in support of their new, self-titled album.

The three-piece will perform at the intimate London venue on 5 April - three days before the release of their new album, Paramore. Much of the audience will be made up of competition winners, but a limited number of tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 22 March 2013.

The Garage has a capacity of just 600 and has previously seen the likes of Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Biffy Clyro, Kings Of Leon, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Radiohead and Oasis perform small gigs at the venue.

Paramore are set to hit the UK Top 40 singles chart this week with their current single 'Now' - although they are currently being outsold by new boyband Reconnected, who have been backed by Dragons Den star, Duncan Bannatyne.

Speaking of the new album, Paramore said in a statement: "The whole making of this album was a rediscovering of ourselves as a band and as friends”

“It was a process that allowed us the freedom to explore new territory artistically and to liberate ourselves as musicians, singers, as people! Sincerely, we feel that the best way to give it a name is just to call it what it is. This album is us.”

Tickets for the show go on sale at 9am, Friday 22 March 2013. For more information visit Gigwise Gig Tickets.
