Bloc Party, Kraftwerk 3-D, Foals, The Maccabees, Hot Chip, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Iamamiwhoami and Alt-J are among the big names announced for this year's Latitude festival, after the launch line-up for the Southwold festival was revealed.

Also on the launch line-up are Swedish pop sensation Iamamiwhoami and Yeah Yeah Yeahs performing exclusive UK festival shows. The full list of announced artists is as follows:

The family festival returns to Henham park this July with exclusive line up news coming tonight (March 19).

Latitude festival showcases more than just music, with poetry, theatre, comedy and literay stages and tents set up across the Southwold countryside park.

The event, which will run from July 18 - 21 saw performances last year from Paul Weller, Elbow, Bon Iver, First Aid Kit and Brit award winner Ben Howard.The festival also showcased the best in British stand up with Russell Kane and Jack Dee performing.


Elbow perform at Latitude 2012

Henham Park's main stages, in the woods arenas and spray painted sheep will play host to around 35,000 people per day over the festival weekend.
