Pink's maternal instincts clearly got the better of her during a show in Philadelphia, where she stopped her show to attend to a crying child in the audience. See a video of the incident below.
The singer was performing an acoustic rendition of her track 'Who Knew' when she noticed a small girl was upset in the audience and stopped the music to find out what was wrong.
"Is everything alright here?" she asked, which was met with wild cheers.
But the singer persisted, "Is this little girl alright? Why is she crying?" she quried.
Audience members told her the child had been upset by a fight in the crows, which brought a scolding from the lady on stage.
She then gave the child a toy frog and a Rice Krispie treat to calm the her before continuing with the performance. It is standard practice for fans to throw stuffed toys and other items on stage for Pink, explaining why she had a toy to hand to comfort the child.

Pink, real name Alcia Moore, gave birth to her first daughter, Willow Sage Hart, in June 2011.
