Justin Timberlake has announced plans to follow his live dates with Jay-Z with his own solo tour later in 2013.
The ‘Mirrors’ singer is expected to announce a solo tour for the autumn of this year, but plans for the trip are still in the very early stages, with no route for the tour planned so far.
Timberlake’s long-term manager Johnny Wright announced the planned solo tour in an interview. When asked about solo tour plans, Wright said: “Yeah. Probably he’ll go out sometime in the fall. We haven’t routed that yet or figured out which cities we’re going to play,” Digital Spy reports.
“I know we’ll start in North America first. But again, our focus is getting the album out and getting the Jay/Justin piece done. And I would say sometime in April/May we’ll announce when Justin is going out on his solo tour.”
The ‘Suit & tie’ singer performed in the UK for the first time since his FutureSex/LoveShow tour late month when he played the kentish Town Forum.

This summer he heads out on his joint tour with Jay-Z, Legends Of The Summer, playing North America in July and August but visiting the UK for London’s Wireless festival on July 12, 13 and 14.
Earlier this week he confirmed rumours that there is still a second part of his album The 20/20 Experience still to come, but declined to confirm a release date.
