Jack Daniels has made a name for itself in recent years for supporting small venues that have given artists their first foot up in the music industry.
Maximo Park, one of the biggest bands to ever come out of England's north-east, have always maintained their links to Newcastle.
Miles Kane is the latest in a long line of musical luminaries to be nurtured by the city of Liverpool, and in collaborating with Ian Broudie on his second album brought together two generations of Liverpudlian musical greats.
On May 2 Maximo Park will take the stage at Newcastle's Cluny, while on May 15 Miles Kane will play Liverpool's Zanzibar.

Both artists will be recognising their roots and paying tribute to the scenes that got them started, and celebrating venues that continue to spawn great new talent.
