Justin Bieber allegedly through a tantrum after his latest tattoo session as the singer and his entourage refused to pay £1,000 for the tattoo artist's time.
Guy Sahar told the Mirror that he was treated "disgracefully" by Bieber's entourage as they tried to short change the tattooist who had been on standby through the night, waiting until 6am for the star.
Sahar said: "I was summoned to Justin’s hotel at 7pm by one of his minders, then I was put on standby all night.
"I finally got to the hotel at 6am. I was told money wasn’t a problem so we didn’t discuss prices. I spent four hours tattooing him and wasn’t even offered a glass of water.” When I said the bill was £1000, his bodyguard didn’t want to pay it.
"They snubbed me and tried to haggle over the money. In the end, I took £500 just so I could go.

"He’s a joke and a spoilt brat. When I was there, I also saw Justin throw a fit with his personal assistant. It was disgraceful."
In other Bieber related news, the singer's mother Pattie Mallette revealed recently that she no longer has any control over her son's actions.
She said: "Our relationship has shifted from mum telling him what to do and being able to control certain aspects, to just being a voice and hopefully a friend in that voice.
"He’s growing up. He’s 19. He’s not my baby. We text, we talk. It’s difficult. It’s sporadic like any teenager."
