Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster have postponed their scheduled date at London's Shepherds Bush Empire, blaming work on new material for pushing back the show.
The band were due to perform at the West London venue on 12 April, 2013 - but the show will now take place on 18 October 2013. The band have issued an apology statement, saying sorry to fans for the change in date.
"Following our reformation and amazing reactions to the last sold out tour, we've been working on some exciting new material," say the band. "The work is taking place between London, Brighton and Berlin and we're deep into finishing recording before unveiling the tracks live, so we've decided to postpone the forthcoming 02 Shepherd's Bush Empire show.
"Apologies for any inconvenience but we promise it will be worth the wait!! Remember, happiness is a stretched face."
