Despite previous reports that N-Dubz singer Tulisa had been sacked from The X Factor, new reports claim that the solo star will return to judge the show when it returns in 2013.
Her return to the show comes with strict conditions however, with insiders claiming she has been invited back on the condition that she quits posting agressive rants on Twitter - as she did during the 2012 series of the show.
It has also been claimed that the offer was only made after fellow judge Nicole Scherzinger announced she would not be returning for the 2013 series of the show.
"This could be Tulisa’s chance to get back in from the showbiz wilderness," said a source to The Daily Star. "Her album didn’t do very well and she was facing the prospect of no major TV work.
"Nicole is first choice but it looks like she is now out of the running, so Tulisa has a chance," they added. "But she will have to change her ways, we can’t have all the Twitter nonsense."

It has been widely claimed that Sharon Osbourne will be making her 2013 return to X Factor - and earning herself a tidy pay packet in the process.
A source told the Sunday People: "Sharon will be an X Factor judge and it is only a matter of days before the deal is finalised.
"She is being paid a hefty sum of £2million as Cowell is desperate to have her on the show. She is also expecting to earn half a million more in book and publishing deals. There is no way she would turn down such a well-paid job."
Needless to say, we don't expect Sharon O would put up with any Twitter nonsense from Tulisa...
