Daft Punk entered the official UK charts at No.3 this week with their new single 'Get Lucky', but could the French stars climb to the top spot this week?
'Get Lucky' remains the biggest selling track on iTunes after five days on release, ahead of official No.1 single 'Waiting All Night' by Rudiment feat. Ella Eyre and '#thatPOWER' by Will.i.am and Justin Bieber. Calvin Harris' record breaking 'I Need You Love' single, while Ellie Goulding climbs to No.4 and 'Can't Hold Us' by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis is at No.5.
On the iTunes album chart however, Frank Turner's new release Tape Deck Heart is currently in the top spot, ahead of Will.i.am's #Willpower and Michael Buble's current official chart topper, To Be Loved. Read our review of Tape Deck Heart here.
Daft Punk's Random Access Memories remains inside the iTunes top ten - a full month ahead of its official release.
Frank Turner is on course for a No.1 album this week - if he can beat Michael Buble
Turner urged fans to help him triumph over Canadian star Buble, writing on Facebook: "So I'm told, this morning, that Tape Deck Heart is in a mini UK chart battle with, get this, Michael Bublé. Hahaha. The world has gone nuts. I guess if you're planning to get the record, this would be the week to do it. Spread the word."
