Cher has sold her Malibu mansion on the Pacific Coast Highway to Beyonce, for $45million.
The mansion was previously up for sale in 2008 for the same amount, but Cher took it off the market as she apparently said that the view meant it was too good to get rid of. However, the house went back on sale in March - and Beyonce snapped the property up.
The house is Italian Renaissance style, and has stone walls and a stamped copper dining room ceiling. It was designed by Ron Wilson and also features seven bedrooms, nine baths, a tennis court, a theatre, an adjacent guest house and a pool.
The deal reportedly went through on Saturday, and Cher held a party in order to celebrate the news.
The singer has recently said that she's not actually a fan of her own voice, and doesn't listen to her own music if she can help it.
The $45million Malibu mansion now belongs to Beyonce, instead of Cher
"I'm not a Cher fan," Cher herself admitted. "Hearing my voice, I would just rather put my fingers on a chalkboard. If I was going to listen to music, I certainly wouldn't put one of my CDs on and go, 'Oh, this rocks'."
She also said that she's recently finished work on her upcoming record, which will be her 26th studio album - and could feature a collaboration with Scissor Sisters' Jake Shears.
