Michael Jackson has been accused of sexual abuse by former friend, Wade Robinson, who has previously denied any such incident took place.
Robson stayed at Jackson's Neverland ranch more than 20 times as a child, beginning when he was just five years old, sleeping mostly in Jackson's bedroom. A member of Jackson's staff in 2005 testified that she had seen Jackson behaving inappropriately towards Robson - such as taking showers with him - but Robson denied it.
However, Robson is now saying that Jackson did abuse him and has filed court documents to the estate seeking compensation for childhood sexual abuse, after he apparently collapsed under the strain last year.
"Last year, on a career trajectory that was off the charts, [Robson] collapsed under the stress and sexual trauma of what had happened to him for seven years as a child," his attorney, Henry Gradstein, told TMZ. "He lived with the brain washing by a sexual predator until the burden of it all crushed him."
Gradstein went on to claim that Jackson threatened Robson not to say anything, apparently telling the choreographer, "If anyone ever finds out about what we did we will go to jail for the rest of our lives."
Gradstein continued, "This kind of intimidation of a child by a sexual predator is tragically characteristic and effective, keeping them quiet about the abuse - often for a lifetime. Michael Jackson was a monster and in their hearts every normal person knows it."

Jackson's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, does not believe that the allegations will hold up in court.
Weitzman said, "Mr. Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him.
"Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is."
