Justin Bieber could be charged with battery, following the fight he got into with his neighbour back in March.
The LA County Sheriff's Department opened an investigation into Bieber when the incident was first reported. Apparently, Bieber's neighbour complained that the star was driving his Ferrari recklessly and it escalated into an argument - with Bieber apparently spitting on the man.
The case has been sent to the DA and it includes a recommendation that Bieber should be charged with battery.
However, fans don't need to worry too much as it's unlikely that the 'Beauty and a Beat' singer will go to jail. According to TMZ, officers are recommending that Bieber seeks counselling which is the same verdict that any first-time offender would receive.
Scooter Braun recently spoke to MTV News about Bieber's seemingly off-the-rails behaviour, saying it was nothing more than having 'a good time'.

Braun said, "He's incredibly busy, and I just left the road to come here. And he's in a really good place and he's just onstage and then he just goes back home, literally, writes songs, hangs out.
"He's just a normal kid having a good time and, you know, I think a lot of people have been taking shots lately. But I think he'll overcome that and, long-term, people will see what it is and he'll express himself in the music"
