Chris Brown has caused an uproar in his Los Angeles community by painting his walls with graffiti characters that have 'literally frightened' some children in the neighbourhood.
Brown is known to be a talented graffiti artist and will often post Twitter or Instagram pictures of his latest work which usually features lots of colourful, but extremely unusual looking 'monsters'.
The 24-year-old singer has covered the outside of his house with the abrasive artwork which has forced community members to make complaints.
President of the Hollywood Dell Civic Association, Patti Negri told the LA Times: "There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they're literally frightened. It's like devils on the wall - big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we're used to.
"I know a $300 fine is probably pocket change. But hopefully and maybe, he'll just see the light and decide to be a good neighbour."

Brown has reportedly been given 30 days to remove the graffiti, but his lawyer Mark Geragos believes his client is being picked on.
Geragos said: "They are trying to suspend the 1st Amendment. I'm scared of neighborhood busybodies like this.
"They've called animal control. They have sicced parking [enforcement] on him, and now they reached the heights of ridiculousness here. Shame on them."
