Lady Gaga has given her first live performance since she went under the knife for hip surgery earlier this year.
The 'Born This Way' singer was at the Rose Bar in the Gramercy Park Hotel, New York City, last Thursday (9 May) when she gave an impromptu performance with jazz star Brian Newman.
Newman posted on Twitter after the event, "Thanks to the 1&only @ladygaga for coming out to @GPHhotel tonight an singing a song!!"
Gaga sang 'Someone To Watch Over Me' with Newman, which has previously been recorded by Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald, among others.
The singer is no stranger to jazz collaborations, as she previously performed with Tony Bennett on a duet of 'The Lady Is A Tramp'.

The pair also have plans to record a full-length jazz album together, which Bennett recently confirmed.
He told Rolling Stone, "We're working on it from now until June, and then we'll record in June. She's phenomenal. I get along great with her. She's looking forward to it and so am I."
