Drake is leading the nominations for this year's BET Awards, picking up a huge 12 nods as this year's names are revealed.
The 'Started from the Bottom' rapper has three nominations for Video of the Year - as well as two for featuring in other artists' videos - four for Best Collaboration, one for Best Male Hip-Hop Artist, and two for the Coca-Cola Viewers Choice Award.
Video of the Year is the top prize, which sees competition from Justin Timberlake's 'Suit & Tie', Rihanna's 'Diamonds', Miguel's 'Adorn', and Kanye West's 'Mercy' among others.
Kendrick Lamar and 2Chainz are close behind Drake with eight nominations each. Beyonce is nominated for Best Female R&B/Pop Artist, and Justin Timberlake and Chris Brown are both nominated in the Best Male R&B/Pop Artist category.
"I'm still fairly new at this so being nominated for anything is amazing," Kendrick said. "I'm excited to see 2 Chainz but I can't wait to see everyone. Everyone's talented and we all got such energy so it will be exciting."
Kendrick Lamar is excited to be nominated at the BET Awards
The BET awards are taking place on 30 June at the Nokia Theater LA Live, and will be hosted by Chris Tucker - as well as seeing performances from Chris Brown and R Kelly.
Speaking about performing at the event, Chris Brown said, "I'm just trying to lift up the black community and I'm excited to see the fans and to take part in the BET Awards this year. I wanna bring something new and original for the fans."
