Tickets for One Direction's 2014 stadium tour are expected to sell out within minutes of going on sale, as ticket sellers predict huge demand for the boyband's biggest tour of their career.
The X Factor boyband announced their Where Are We Tour earlier today at a press conference in Wembley today, 16 May, 2013.
Now Viagogo, the world's largest ticketing market place, has said it expects the tickets to sell out in record time, possibly disappearing in as little as 10 minutes.
Viagogo are even going as far as provisionally dubbing Saturday May 25, when the tickets go on sale, 'Stressed-Out Saturday' because of the expected rush for tickets for the UK leg of the tour.
Viagogo spokesperson Steve Roest says: "One Direction are the most wanted boyband on the planet right now, with their last tour selling out in minutes. Following the much-hyped announcement on Twitter today, we predict that tickets for the 2014 tour could sell out in as little as 10 minutes, breaking all previous records."
So far the tour, which is likely to have more dates added, will take the boys from South America, where they will be playing for the first time, in April 2014 right around the world to wind up in London in June.
Fans are bound to go crazy when the tickets go on sale
The boys have been teasing the announcement for a week with their One Big Announcement website, and are still promising fans another '#1BIGANNOUNCEMENT' still to come.
With a new album promised for Christmas 2013, it looks like we're in for another year or two of One Direction hysteria.
