Madonna has been added to the line-up of next month's Chime For Change gig in London, where she will join a list of big name hosts at the Twickenham charity concert.
Madonna will assist in presenting the London show, joining the likes of James Franco, Zoe Saldana, Blake Lively, Freida Pinto and Blake Lively, Gordon and Sarah Brown and even Archbishop Desmond Tutu as hosts. She has not been confirmed as a performer at the huge event.
Live acts at the show are Beyonce, Florence + The Machine, Elli Goulding, Rita Ora, Haim and John Legend, with all proceeds going to charity Chime For Change - which was founded by Beyonce, Salma Hayek and Frida Gianni.
"60 per cent of the children in the world not in school are girls," says Madonna in a statement. "Two thirds of the world's illiterate are women! I do not accept this. We need to change this and we will change this!"
Beyonce will get her sexy on and headline the 1 June 2013 Chime For Change gig
Beyonce will headline the show, with organisers recently confirming that she will perform with big name guests at the charity event. It is widely believed that husband Jay-Z will join her on stage.
