The Neighbourhood have shared a brand new track online, less than a month after releasing their long awaited debut album. Listen to the new track below.

The song, titled ‘West Coast’ sees the Californian band embrace their cultural heritage with g-funk era synths and a slow throwback beat, as Jess Rutherthord’s meandering vocals melt over an R&B groove, their effect laden guitars impacting from distance.

It is as yet unknown what the band plan to do with the track, with no future releases currently in the pipeline.

The Neighbourhood released their debut album ‘I Love You’ last month to positive reviews, and recently finished off a string of intimate dates in the UK.

The Californian five piece kick off a North American tour tomorrow, which includes some joint headline shows with The 1975.
